What is a Cookie?
A Cookie is a small text file that our web server sends to your Internet browser. Provided you have allowed Cookies in your browser settings, your browser will then save that file temporarily to your hard disk. This Cookie file can only be read by the Web server that created it, so it is impossible for another Server to read the contents of the cookie.

Why do we need to use a Cookie?
There are several reasons why our online shop uses cookies. The most important reason is that cookies allow us to store data temporarily, so you do not need to enter the same information repeatedly. There is no permanent connection between your Web browser and our Web server during the eShop session. When you call for a page, the server fulfills this request, but after that the connection is no longer active. Cookies are used to carry the data you have already entered from page to page during the shopping procedure.
